The Mother Well Collective Doula Training

Coming Fall 2025 - November 7-9 and Dec 6th

This is not your average doula training.
It’s an invitation to go deeper.

Most trainings focus on comfort measures, interventions, and textbook anatomy. At The Mother Well Collective Doula Training, we explore the heart of what it means to be with women. This program is for those who want more than rote information—who want to embody intuition, presence, and skill in ways that leave women feeling supported, not managed.

We are reclaiming birth as a physiological, instinctual, and sacred experience, and teaching doulas to hold space for women in a way that honors both tradition and the modern realities of parenting.

Program Structure

The training takes place over a weekend, with a one-day integration and graduation a month later. This structure gives you time to absorb, practice, and reflect before completion.

Certification requirements include full attendance, attendance at one birth within a year, a written account with testimonial from parents, and a recommendation from a birth attendant. Makeup work or attendance at a future training is available if unforeseen circumstances arise.

This training meets the requirements for Medi-Cal doula coverage.
